KTR vowed To resign Telangana Minister for IT and Panchayati raj, K. Taraka Rama rao (KTR) today throws an open challenge the opposition parites in the state. KT Rama Rao has vowed to resign if Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) won't win the upcoming GHMC elections.
KTR stated that the TRS party will win 100 seats in the upcoming GHMC Elections and if the party fails to win the 100 seats he will resign his post. KTR said that MIM will be in the second position and BJP in third. Congress won't get even 10 seats, he added.He said the TRS would have no alliance with any political and it would go it alone in the Polls.
According to Ramarao, Congress would end up with not more than 10 seats, while MIM and BJP will be second and third positions respectively. KTR said the party is confident of winning the mayor post as they have done a lot of development in the city in the past 18 months. Responding about oppositions bringing film stars to campaign KTR said ''KCR is the most glamorous hero in Telangana and we don't need any film stars to campaign for the party''. The State Election Commission is set to release the notification for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections on Tuesday
