AP CM extends Sankranti wishes Hyderabad, Jan 13 (INN): Marking the dawn of realizing the vision to transform the state into a mega investment and manufacturing hub, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu extended his wishes on the eve of Makara Sankranti.
With Rs 4.67 lakh crore investment proposals signed during the CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam, the Chief Minister said this will direct the Sunrise state towards achieving its vision.
Stating that this Sankranti should be memorable for every Telugu person in the state, the Chief Minister said 'My best wishes on Sankranti! May this festival bring joy to all and usher in a happy and healthier tomorrow. The sight of the skies full of colourful kites is a delight. Have a wonderful day with family and friends!"
'Sankranti is a festival of farmers; our government is at the forefront to make agriculture sustainable and profitable. We have also conducted the third phase of Janmabhoomi ' Maa Vooru campaign successfully, stressing on rural development. I hope you celebrate this festival with fervor and Gaiety, with rays of joy and hope with your family members and well-wishers,' he said.
