Sachin Shares near Death Expierence Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar stated that he had a near-death experience in his childhood. Sachin Tendulkar attended the launch of a safety campaign by Mumbai Railway Police and addressing the event Sachin recalled one of his scary experience which he underwent during his school days while crossing the train tracks in Mumbai.
Speaking at the event Sachin stated that after having lunch at a friend's place, he along with his friends had decided to go for a movie. After the film they decided to cross the railway tracks in order to go to the platform to reach the practice ground as It was getting alte.
"We reached halfway and while crossing the tracks we realised that trains were coming fast on all the tracks. We ended up crouching on our knees in between the tracks with our kits. That was a scary experience and then onwards we never crossed train tracks." Sachin said
He further added ''don't put life in trouble just for sake of five minutes. Your family and friends are waiting for you back home . If you reach there five minutes later it really does not matter. It is important to be there, safe and sound, rather than be in hospital. ''
