Govt Junior Colleges to get CCTVs, Bio-metric systems Hyderabad, Jan 19 (INN): Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) Regional Joint Director Malhar Rao informed that all government junior colleges in the State would be equipped with CCTV cameras and Bio-Metric attendance systems from next academic year.
Speaking to media persons after conducting a surprise visit of Ramayanpet Government Junior College in Medak district, Malhar Rao said basic amenities would be provided to all the colleges soon. He said that the CCTV cameras would be installed to keep a watch on the activities of students and lecturers. The Bio-Metric system would ensure proper attendance of all students in all classes. He said special classes would also be organised to improve the results. He said part-time lecturers would also be appointed as and when required.
