Y.P. Rai is new Chief Postmater General
Hyderabad, Jan 25 (INN): Dr. Y.P. Rai, has joined as new Chief Postmaster General, Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle covering Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States on here on Monday.
Rai completed his Doctorate in Biochemistry from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is also a graduate from Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He Joined Indian Postal Service in 1984. Besides holding various appointments in Department of Posts, Rai has also served in Army and Central Government in various capacities.
Prior to joining as Chief Postmaster General, Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle, Rai worked as Chief Postmaster General, Chhattisgarh Postal Circle.
