Dy CM's son injured in attack by MIM workers Hyderabad, Feb 2 (INN): Mohammed Azam, son of Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali, was injured when he was allegedly attacked by MIM workers at his house in Azampura.
According to sources, the MIM workers were upset with Azam over the TRS campaign that he led in Malakpet Assembly constituency. On Tuesday, the MIM workers, who are said to be close associates of Malakpet Ahmed Balala, reportedly attacked Azam while he was at his residence. He sustained minor injuries and have been referred to a nearby hospital.
Some MIM workers have reportedly been taken into custody in connection with the attack.
