The misappropriate assets case again came to haunt Andhra opposition leader Jagan Mohan Reddy. The opposition leader gets latest summons from the Enforcement directorate who asked the leader to attend before them at the ED headquarters in Delhi by tomorrow.
Along with Jagan his close aide and auditor Vijay Sai Reddy also received summons and they need to leave for Delhi tomorrow. ED might probe about the quid pro quo case and they may ask Jagan to give more information about the case to finish the proceedings.
Way back in 2014 the Enforcement Directorate attached assets worth Rs 863 crore of Jaganmohan Reddy and his associates in connection with its probe into alleged corruption. Meanwhile there was some anxiety about the next move by ED following tomorrow's investigation.
The case on YS Jagan was filed after the Enforcement Directorate conducted a probe to trail the funds pumped by Jagan and his associates into the companies owned by them.
