TS Govt issues new guidelines for release of prisoners
Hyderabad, Feb 17 (INN): The Telangana Government has issued new guidelines for the release of prisoners with good conduct.
The State Government has also constituted a six-member committee to study the issue. As per the new guidelines, women life convicts who have served five years of imprisonment may be eligible for release. Similarly, men life convicts might be eligible for release if they had served 7 years in jails.
