Microsoft Nadella to feature in AP Class 8 textbook
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella's life story has been included in the syllabus of Class VIII students. The lessons include the biography of Satya and focus on his rising as CEO of World's no 1 corporate giant. AP Government has decided to include the biography of Nadella for class eight students from the next academic year.
A special lesson titled 'Spoorthi Pradaatalu' (Role Models) has been included which figures a story on the CEO. It will be added the revised Telugu non-detailed book for eighth standard students.
The story of the late mountaineer Malli Mastan Babu, who was the fastest to climb all seven summits in the seven continents, and a story of painter and writer late Sanjeev Dev will also be included to serve as an inspiration to the students.
Lessons on eminent radiation oncologist, Nori Dattatreyudu, and oil technologist the late S.D. Tirumala Rao, have also been included in the ninth standard Telugu non-detailed textbook.Popular classical dance, Kuchipudi, and different folk forms 'Harikatha', 'Burra Katha', 'Tappeta Gullu' and 'Kurra Vanji' have been included in the seventh standard Telugu non-detailed book.Another lesson titled 'Mana Rajadhani' added in Class 10 Telugu textbook
