Minister promises help to turn RTC into profitable firm
Hyderabad, Feb 26 (INN): Transport Minister P. Mahender Reddy said that the State Government would extend complete help to turn the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation into a profitable organisation.
Reviewing the functioning of RTC at a meeting with Transport Department officials here on Friday, the minister said the Depot Managers would be involved in the process of making RTC a profitable institution. He said 150 new buses would be purchased at a cost of Rs. 50 crore. He said special buses would be operated on routes connecting important places of Telangana State.
