BC students want Group-II exams postponed Hyderabad, March 4 (INN): Hundreds of students belonging to Backward Classes held massive protest at the office of Telangana Public Service Commission on Friday demanding that the Group-II exams be postponed.
The protesters demanded increase in number of Group-II posts and scrapping of interview system. They said that the aspirants should be given at least three-month time to prepare for the exams. They accused the Telangana Government of conducting the exams in a hasty manner.
They said that the government has inducted history of Telangana as part of Group-II syllabus. However, the government did not publish a single book on the subject.
