Commenting on Telangana's irrigation pact with Maharashtra, Revanth Reddy claimed that it was N. Chandrababu Naidu, who as the then Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, initiated steps to resolve the inter-state dispute. However, he said Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao is trying to highlight the same as his personal achievement. He alleged that the present pact was against the interest of Telangana State and people would suffer for the next 100 years.
