KCR thanks voters for TRS victory
Hyderabad, March 9 (INN): Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has thanked the people for ensuring victory of TRS candidates in civic polls for Greater Warangal, Khammam and Achampet.
Speaking after the declaration of election results on Wednesday, KCR said that the people of these areas have voted in favour of ruling party due to the exemplary performance of his government. He assured that all the promises, which were made with the people of Warangal, Khammam and Achampet during elections, would be fulfilled. He congratulated the newly elected corporators and councillors. He also congratulated the ministers, legislators and other leaders who campaigned for the party in these areas.
TRS MLAs G. Balaraju and P. Rajeshwar Reddy and other leaders called on KCR at his camp office after the announcement of results. (INN)
