Merger of 12 TDP MLAs gets Speaker's nod
Hyderabad, March 10 (INN): Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker S. Madhusudan Chary has given nod for merger of 12 TDP MLAs with the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi.
Acting on a petition submitted by Palakurthy MLA Errabelli Dayakar Rao and others, the Speaker allotted them seats along with the members of TRS Legislature Party in the House. Assembly Secretary Dr. S. Raja Sadaram issued a bulletin on Thursday evening in this regard stating that the Speaker took the decision as the 12 MLAs constituted more than two-thirds of TDLP. The MLAs who have merged with the TRS are Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, G.Sayanna, T.Prakash Goud, Teegala Krishna Reddy, Manchireddy Kishan Reddy, Madhavaram Krishna Rao, K.P.Vivekanand, Challa Dharma Reddy, S.Rajender Reddy, Maganti Gopinadh and Arikepudi Gandhi.
