81 booked for malpractice in inter exams Hyderabad, March 14 (INN): As many 81 cases of malpractices were registered against the candidates who appeared for Intermediate Public Examinations held across Telangana State on Monday.
The examinations were held for Physics Paper-II, Economics Paper-II and Classical Language Paper-II.
Of 446,739 registered candidates, a total of 420,990 students (94.24%) appeared for the exams while 25,749 (5.76%) abstained from it. The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education has sent 40 Observers to Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar and Warangal districts. The examinations were conducted peacefully without any untoward incident, said Board Secretary Dr. A. Ashok.
