Court orders to File FIR against Chandrababu
Another problem is waiting for AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Hyderabad police booked Chandrababu Naidu and his five cabinet colleagues for making threatening and provocative statements against Telangana government.
Police files a FIR after court directing them to do so. After hearing the petition filed by a lawyer one Phanindra' Ranga Reddy district court directed the LB Nagar Police to lodge an FIR against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and five of his MLA'S.
The petition was against Naidu's insensitive as well as irrational remarks against the Governor as well as the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao. Few days before Naidu warned KCR saying that it would be the last day for KCR government if he was arrested in cash for vote scam. The petitioner referred the comments of Naidu and mentioned them as provocative statements.
The court directed the police to lodge the FIR under IPC Sections 124, 124 A, 141,146, 153 A, 181, 504 and 506 read with 120 B.
