Revanth Bail: Court verdict on June 30 '
Telangana TDP leader Revanth reddy again faced disappointment in the court. The arguments in Revanth Reddy bail case have been completed in the AP and Telangana High Court. After hearing the arguments from both sides court adjourned the verdict and said that it would be announced on June 30.
While senior advocate Siddharth Luthra represented Revanth Reddy, advocate general Ramakrishna Reddy argued for the Telangana government. Siddarth Rohit argued that Revanth Reddy has co-operated with the investigating officers of the ACB and answered all their questions related to this case hence opined that he was eligible for getting bail.
Other side Telangana AG Ramakrishna Reddy has strongly objected his arguments and opined that Revanth will tamper the evidences if he released on bail. After hearing both sides High Court reserves its decision and adjourned the case to Tuesday.
Mr. Revanth Reddy was arrested on Sunday by Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau officials for allegedly trying to bribe Elvis Stephenson, a nominated MLA of Telangana from Anglo Indian community, to cast vote in favour of TDP MLC candidate.
