TDP leaders condemn AG's remarks Hyderabad, June 27 (INN): Telangana TDP leaders Errabelli Dayakar Rao and L Ramana have strongly condemned the remarks of Telangana's Advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy in the High Court against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
The Advocate General had accused Naidu of trying to destabilise the Telangana Government.
Speaking to media persons at NTR Trust Bhavan here, Errabelli said that the people are fully aware of the party which had encouraged defections. Therefore, he said it was ridiculous to accuse TDP of trying to buy out MLAs to destabilise TRS Government. He said so far, TRS has lured 5 MLAs of TDP, 2 of YSRCP and 6 MLAs of Congress party into its fold by offering huge money. He said by resorting to illegal means, the TRS has increased its strength from 63 to 85. He said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao should first clarify on how he managed to get the support of 22 additional legislators.
The TDP leaders further alleged that their party MLA A Revanth Reddy was arrested as a part of political conspiracy. They said Revanth Reddy was targeted as he was openly fighting against the anti-people policies of KCR Government.
