ACB quizzes TDP MLA in 'Cash for Vote' Hyderabad, July 9 (INN): On the first day of his two-day police custody, the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on Thursday interrogated TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah in connection with the 'Cash for Vote' case.
The ACB officials took Sandra into their custody at 9 AM no Thursday from the Cherlapally Central Prison. He was brought to the ACB Headquarters at Banjara Hills where he was quizzed till 4.30 PM.
Sandra, who was arrested by the ACB as an accused in the case on July 6, will be questioned again on Friday. Meanwhile, the Special Court for ACB Cases has adjourned the hearing to Monday on the bail petition moved by Sandra.
