AP's land records to be available online Hyderabad, July 10 (INN): Entire land records of Revenue, Agriculture, Endowments, Poramboku (Waste) and Gramakantam lands should be made available to the public on the Government Website, Chief Secretary I.Y.R.Krishna Rao said.
At a Video Conference with all the District Collectors, the Chief Secretary has reviewed on the progress of land acquisition for Irrigation Projects, Railways and National Highways, Godavari Pushkarams, activities of Minorities and Brahmin Welfare Corporation, Night Shelters, Gramakantam Lands, South'West Monsoon situation and Double Digit Growth in Primary Sector.
The Chief Secretary reviewed on the issues related to 'Gramakantam' (Village community) lands, stated that No Objection Certificate is not required for Gramakantam Lands Registrations and the Gramakantam Lands should be deleted from the List sent to Sub Registrars under 22-A within a fortnight by all the District Collectors, so that normal transactions in private land can go on. The Government of Andhra Pradesh decided to make available of all the revenue records as a public document by uploading the details online.
Reviewing on land acquisition for Railway Lines, National Highways and Irrigation Projects Chief Secretary asked the District Collector Guntur, Kantilal Dande informed that notification was issued for nine villages for acquiring land to Nadikudi ' Srikalahasthi Railway line. He has issued instructions to all the District Collectors to fix a timeline for acquiring land and to handing over the same for National Highway Authorities and for Irrigation Projects to take up the projects on priority.
While reviewing on Night Shelters Chief Secretary informed that enough publicity may be given on night shelters and the same may be allocated to the people or NGOs those who are sensitive and service oriented only. 874 inmates are there in night shelters at present across the State.
The Chief Secretary has asked the District Officials of East Godavari District on the arrangements made for Godavari Pushkarams and also asked the concerned to brief about the gist of the teleconference made by the Chief Minister, today morning. Dhanunjaya Reddy informed that a rally will be conducted on 13th July on Pushakaralu and Pushkara Jyothi, Pushkara Haarathi and other culture events will be organized.
Krishna Rao has directed the Officers of Endowment Department for issuing of a Circular immediately to conduct the rally on 13th July across the State and also issued instructions to all the District Collectors to ensure that buses will be made available on 12th July for the pilgrims those who would like to join in Pushkara Shobha Yaatra starts at Dwaraka Tirumala.
Senior Officers S.P. Tucker, B. Sam Bob, B. Prasada Rao, Dr. Vijaya Kumar, J.S.V. Prasad and others attended the meeting.
