MIM will go it alone in GHMC elections: Owaisi Hyderabad, July 12 (INN): Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen President Barisster Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday said his party would go it alone in the forthcoming elections of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. There will not be an alliance with any other party, he said.
Addressing a meeting of Party's Primary committee presidents and workers at Dar-us-salam, he urged them to ensure that most number of Dalits and BC candidates are elected on AIMIM Ticket. He said GHMC is responsible for sanitation and employees strike because it failed to keep its promises. He urged municipal unions to call off strike. People are facing inconvenience and unbearable Stench emitting from garbage across twin cities during the holy month of Ramzan.
He opined that who believe in Dr. B.r. Ambedkar's Ideology would support MIM. So called secular parties are antagonist of Dalits, Muslim and Backward Classes, he said.
