5K & 3K sft houses for Ministers & MLA'S
AP government has decided to give lavish space to all its ministers in the proposed capital Amaravthi. As per sources all ministers' houses will be constructed in 5000 square feet area. Government has also decided the space for MLAs, IAS cadre officials, gazetted and non-gazetted rank officials.
MLAs and IAS cadre officials will get houses in 3000 sft area. Other gazetted officers will get houses in 1800 sft while non-gazetted rank officials will get quarters in 1200 sft area.It has also been decided to have the officials and ministers quarters in close proximity to capital.
The government of Singapore recently presented the Seed Capital Area (SCA) Master Plan for Andhra Pradesh capital Amaravathi to Chief Minster N Chandrababu Naidu. The foundation stone for Amaravati, the new state capital of Andhra Pradesh, will be laid on October 22.
