Sunitha ridicules KCR's promise Hyderabad, Aug 8 (INN): Medak District Congress president and former minister P. Sunitha Lakshma Reddy has ridiculed the promise being made by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao of releasing Rs. 7 crore each to all villages under the 'Grama Jyothi' scheme.
Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, Sunitha said that TRS Government was yet to release the dues of scheme 'Mana Vuru, Mana Pranalika' which was launched earlier. She said that the scheme 'Grama Jyothi', to be launched on August 17, was aimed at diverting the attention from the failures of previous schemes.
Sunitha also thanked the voters of Sadashivpet for ensuring the victory of Congress candidate in MPP elections. She also alleged that the TRS Government has been harassing the Congress workers by implicating them in false cases.
