Congress will return to power: VHR
Hyderabad, Aug 9 (INN): Congress MP V Hanumantha Rao on Sunday expressed confidence that Congress party will return to power at the Centre and Telangana in 2019 general elections.
Speaking to media persons after participating in Bonalu celebrations at Lal Darwaza, VHR said he has prayed for the success and growth of Congress party. He said he has also prayed for the well being of AICC President Sonia Gandhi as she has granted statehood for Telangana. He said people have been regretting for voting in favour of TRS in the last elections.
VHR also accused TRS Government of causing obstruction in the proposed tour of AICC Vice-President Rahul Gandhi to Telangana. He warned the TRS leaders of strong protest if they try to disrupt Rahul Gandh's tour.
