ACB's chargesheet is politically motivated: TDP Hyderabad, Aug 18 (INN): Telangana TDP Legal Cell president K Ravinder Kumar has described the chargesheet prepared by the Anti-Corruption Bureau in 'Cash for Vote' case as politically motivated.
Speaking to media persons here, Ravinder Kumar said that the chargesheet was more political in nature than legal. He said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was no way related to the case. Naidu is neither an accused, nor a witness. However, his name was dragged due to the friendship between Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao and YSRCP president Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy, he alleged.
Ravinder Kumar pointed out that Naidu's name was taken as many as 22 times in the charge sheet. He alleged that the TRS Government, while using ACB, was trying to defame Naidu and spoil his public image.
