DSC exams will be held next year: Dy CM Hyderabad, Aug 21 (INN): Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Friday informed that the District Selection Committee (DSC) exams in Telangana would be held next year.
Speaking to media persons in Warangal, the Deputy CM said that the entire education system in Telangana had deteriorated during the united Andhra Pradesh. The previous regimes had completely neglected the education sector and for the same reason it is taking lot of time for the new government to set right the entire system. He said that the DSC exams were getting delayed for the same reason.
Kadiyam said that the teachers' appointments would be done as per the directions of the High Court. He said not a single school would be allowed to close in the State. He assured the parents that the government would take care of future of their children and would arrange volunteers on temporary basis to meet shortage of teachers. He informed that the process of implementing KG to PG free education has already been initiated.
