Kaloji's Jayanthi to be celebrated as Language Day
Hyderabad, Sept 6 (INN): Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has decided to celebrate the Jayanthi of famous Telugu poet Kaloji Narayana Rao as the Language Day across the Telangana State.
KCR said that programmes should be organised to create awareness about the importance of Telugu language, literature and culture. Further, people who have contributed in the field of literature would be given Kaloji Awards. Essay writng, elocution and other competitions will be organised in all schools on Telangana's language on the occasion.
