Revanth gets major relief in cash for vote Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday gave major relief to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy who was the main accused in cash for vote scam. High Court has removed the restrictions on Revanth Reddy bail. Its known that while granting bail court asked the legislator and two others' not to leave Kodangal constituency. Court directed them to surrender their passports, not to leave the city and to appear before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) whenever summoned.
Revanth approached high court seeking relaxation on bail conditions and the court agreed for his plea. Court says Revanth can roam freely anywhere in Telangana.Now with the relaxation Revanth can go to Hyderabad and he' attend T-TDP activities. But he must report to the ACB every Monday.Mr. Revanth Reddy and the two others arrested on' May 31, while they were allegedly paying a bribe of Rs. 50 lakh to nominated MLA Stephenson. Revanth is expected to meet TDP supremo Chandrababu once he returns from AP Tour.
