Rajbhasha Saptah on South Central Railway Hyderabad, Sept 9 (INN): The South Central Railway is celebrating 'Rajbhasha Saptah' from 1st to 14th September.
During this fortnight, the Rajbhasha Department of SCR organizes many programmes / activities at the Auditorium, Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad to further the use of Hindi in day today official working and also to recognize the staff and officers who have turned out commendable use of Hindi during the year 2014-15.
On 10th September, Goswami Tulsidas Jayanthi will be celebrated and Home Ministry Hindi Awards will be given away to staff and officers for exemplary use of official language, Hindi. Shri Umesh Singh, Addl. General Manager, SCR will be the Chief Guest and Amit Goyal, Chief Bridge Engineer will preside over. Cultural programmes will follow.
On 11th September, there will be distribution of Zonal Railway Hindi Awards to staff and officers for exemplary use of official language, Hindi, by Umesh Singh, Addl. General Manager, SCR, followed by cultural programmes.
On 14th September, 'Hindi Day' will be celebrated and SCR General Manager P.K. Saxena will be the Chief Guest.
S.N. Singh, Mukya Rajbhasah Adhikari & Principal Chief Engineer/SCR will also participate. Staff and officers of SCR will participate will participate in large number, according to a press release.
