TS Govt to launch BRS schemes Hyderabad, Sept 9 (INN): Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Wednesday announced that the Telangana Government was preparing to launch a Building Regularisation Scheme to regularise all illegal constructions.
Speaking to media persons after participating in the meeting of Cabinet Sub-Committee on Hyderabad, Talasani said that the BRS would provide one-time opportunity to regularise all illegal buildings. However, he said stern action would be taken against those who fail to regularise their structures under the new scheme. He said steps would also be taken to clear construction permission in GHMC limits within 30 days. While doing so, it would be ensured that no construction takes place without permission.
