KCR condoles death of pilgrims in Mina stampede Hyderabad, Sept 24 (INN): Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has expressed deep condolences over the death of more than 300 Haj pilgrims in stampede at Mina of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
On learning about this incident, the Chief Minister directed Minorities Welfare Department Secretary Syed Omer Jaleel to contact the officials of Ministry of External Affairs to check the status of pilgrims from Telangana State. He asked Omer Jaleel to keep him apprised of the situation. He also directed the State Haj Committee officials to get in touch with Khadimul Hujjaj to get the latest information.
