Jagan has alleged that the TDP government in Andhra Pradesh is indulging in 'real estate business' in the development of capital city Amaravathi, In his letter, Jagan said that he and his party have been opposing taking way fertile lands in the name of land-pooling.
Jagan said he has come to know from media reports that he is going to be invited for the function from AP government. In the open letter Jagan said that he would not be a party to the massive scam.The foundation stone for the proposed capital would be laid by Prime Minister Modi on 'Vijaya Dasami' on October 22.
