TATA event brings Three Organizations Together


Dallas, Texas: More than six thousand guests, 300 plus participants and over dozen artists from India, VIP guests from all over the country converged at Dallas to make what was called a successful mega cultural and social event from Telangana American Telugu Association (T.A.T.A.). It was their Second Anniversary in Dallas, TX. The venue was world renowned Dr. Pepper Arena in Frisco.



Welcoming the guests Event Advisor and General Secretary Vikram Jangam, Event-Coordinator and Treasurer Mahesh Adibhatla said it is proud moment for Dallas to host such a prestigious cultural gala event. With preparations on par with any gigantic convention, colorfully adorned stage and well organized seating arrangements for such a mammoth number of guests, the organizers did a meticulous job in every aspect of the event.

Participants from local town and across the country performed classical, movie medleys. The audience were enthralled by the performances from participants of all ages. Cine artists Nikhil, Swathi, Vijay Devarakonda, Madhushalini, Anchor Ravi assisted by the MC Madhu entertained the audience performing items from the movies and extempore skits. Performances included Telangana dance forms, depicting diverse India in dance, tribute to Chiranjeevi, fashion show, kids performances that kept the audience spell binding. U.S House of Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi and Mayor of Southlake also attended the event and addressed the audience besides MLA Bajireddy Goverdhan who graded the event.

Cine Artiste Bhanupriya was honored and presented with a lifetime achievement award by Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy, Chair, Advisory Council, President Jhansi Reddy and Dr. Prem Reddy of NATA. Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy said it is a historical second anniversary event and congratulated the organizers. President Jhansi Reddy called up on the members and leadership to focus on community activities and urged to rededicate to the cause of the community.

T.A.T.A Journal Committee led by Chair Srinivas Guduru and Advisor Bharath Madadi presented T.A.T.A. Muchata, the official magazine of the Association in the event. Releasing the magazine, Chairman of Advisory Council Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy and President Jhansi Reddy said the magazine will be the official channel for spreading the message of all the events held through out the country and will act as a bridge of communication among all the states in the country and abroad. The special guests for the events, Presidents from NATA, ATA, TPAD and TANTEX congratulated T.A.T.A. on the second anniversary and wished many more successful years to come. Other noted artists performing at the event were Manapragada brothers Sai and Srinivas also known as Janapada Brothers. Singers Hema Chandra, Shravana Bhargavi and Mimicry Ramesh entertained the audience with their peppy numbers.

A historical announcement was made by the founders of three key organizations, Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy founder T.A.T.A, Dr. Prem Reddy founder NATA and Hanmanth Reddy founder ATA, that the next mega convention will be organized by all the three organizations combined, at Philadelphia in the year 2018. The audience responded with thunderous applause saying this will be a great mile stone in collaboration of all the like minded organizations and this will help save millions of dollars in expenditure which can be put to the community benefit.
