Politics of padayatra, Naidu's style
Hyderabad, January 8 (INN): Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu's Vastunna Mee Kosam padayatra will enter Khammam district and from there it will enter Krishna district, TDP leader Khambabmpati Rammohan Rao said.
The route and timing are carefully planned. He has taken the long route to Khammam from Warangal and has been in Telangana region for a longer period and covered more ground than YSR did to compete the whole State.
With the Centre's decision on All Party meet due by the end of this month, he has entered the safe zone of Khammam which does not have a strong base of Telangana sentiment. At the same time he was careful not to go to Andhra region after he had announced that he is not against Telangana.
The matured politician has planned the tour strategically but what will be his stand when he enters Andhra on the separate state should be seen.
While in Rayalaseema, he was careful not to mention about Telangana but only criticized YSR and family members and State Government.
In Telangana region, though he faced some rough weather he had the cadre to argue that TDP was not against a smaller state and the view expressed years back and there is no change in stand.
What is in the sealed cover was not revealed while Naidu said that he was not against Telangana. Whatever be the case, he will be in a safe zone, whatever be the Centre's decision by this month end.
