TS Govt sanctions 13 roads, 33 new bridges Hyderabad, Feb 9 (INN): The Telangana Government on Monday accorded administrative sanction for 13 road works and 33 bridge works, all worth Rs 200.48 crore in different parts of the State.
While the roads works would cost Rs 91.52 Crore, about Rs 108.96 crore would be spent on works on 33 bridges. These works have been sanctioned by the NABARD under RIDF-XX-2014-15. It will have NABARD-loan component of Rs 160.38 Crores and State Government share of Rs 40.10 Crores.
Meanwhile, the government has de-sanctioned the 32 bridge works, which are sanctioned on November 27, 2014.
Of 13 road works sanctioned on Monday include three roads each are in Adilabad, Nalgonda and Mahabunagar, two in Medak and one each in Karimnagar and Warangal. Of 33 bridges to be constructed, six bridged each will be constructed in Nizamabad and Mahabubnagar, five in Adilabad and Khammam, four in Karimnagar, two each in Nalgonda and Warangal and one new bridge will be constructed in Medak district.
