Please note that if you work under this category of visa, you are liable to be arrested and detained in prison or detention camp. Please ensure that if you are travelling to Malaysia for work, you should have a valid employment pass. Do not be misled by the misrepresentation of facts by agents and become victim of immigration violations and get arrested in Malaysia,' the High Commission said in its advisory.
