AP govt invites entries for logo design contest
Hyderabad, March 18 (INN): To make Godavari Pushkarams a participatory celebration, the Government of Andhra Pradesh invites entries for the logo design contest for the Pushkarams.
The Government believes that interested individuals should send a logo design along with a catchy tagline with Godavari Pushkarams as the theme. The last date for submissions of the logos is before April 10th.
The entries will be examined by a committee which will shortlist five entries and select one. The winner whose logo has been selected by the Committee will be awarded a cash prize of Rs50,000. The winner should surrender the copyright of the design to to the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Individuals should send their entries in an envelope with subject 'Entry for Godavari Pushkarams Logo Design Competition'. The entry should be accompanied by a brief explanation of the design and how it symbolizes the Pushkaram-festival. Applicants can also mail entries to logogodavaripushkaralu@gmail.com.
Along with that, bio-data of the applicant (Name, Age, Gender, Nationality, Residential address, Phone / Mobile number and E-mail Id, if available) with a passport size photograph affixed on the top right hand corner. This information is mandatory to enter the contest.
Applicants should send their entries, along with a bank draft of 'Rs.100 in favour of the Accounts Officer, Department of Information and Public Relations, Government of Andhra Pradesh' drawn on a scheduled commercial bank/nationalized bank at Hyderabad as registration fee, to the Commissioner, Department of Information and Public Relations, Government of AP, 2nd Floor, Samachar Bhavan, A C Guards, Hyderabad.
