Metro Rail works to hit train services
Hyderabad, April 2 (INN): The South Central Railway has revised the dates of Traffic / Power Block being imposed between Bharatnagar and Sanathnagar stations on Secunderabad-Wadi section of Secunderabad Division of SCR for carrying out Metro rail crossing works during the month of April.
Accordingly, the traffic block will be imposed on 4th (Saturday), 7th (Tuesday), 21st (Tuesday) and 25th (Saturday) April. There is no change in the block duration i.e., for three hours (from 12:15 hrs to 15:15 hrs).
It would lead to cancellation of 20 MMTS Sub-Urban Trains which run to and from Lingampally and also Lingampalli ' Falaknuma and Hyderabad-Lingampalli MMTS trains. Four passenger trains - Vikarabad ' Kacheguda; Tandur ' Hyderabad; Hyderabad ' Tandur and Secunderabad ' Vikarabad will also be cancelled on the above mentioned days.
Two trains will be partially cancelled. While Falaknuma ' Hyderabad MMTS service has been partially cancelled between Secunderabad and Hyderabad, the Pune ' Secunderabad ' Pune Shatabdi Express will be partially cancelled between Lingampalli and Secunderabad. The train will terminate and originate from Lingampalli instead of Secunderabad, as per the scheduled timings at Lingampalli.
The Train.No.12026 Secunderabad-Pune Shatabdi Express will start from Lingampalli on Saturdays as per Schedule at 15:15 hrs from Lingampalli.
