GHMC to provide 200 Pre-Fabricated toilets
Hyderabad, Aug 13 (INN): GHMC Commissioner and Special Officer Somesh Kumar informed that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is planning to provide 200 Pre-Fabricated toilets at every half-a-kilometer in the Greater Hyderabad limits.
The Commissioner has seen the demonstration of Pre-Fabricated toilets at the GHMC Head Office on Thursday. The toilets for male and female have been designed separately. Each has an area of 3-4 meters with ample space. They can be fixed in a span of three-four hours at the identified places. The toilets are made up of fiber body and the wash basins are of stainless steel with which even in rainy season or hot summer the toilets will not spoiled.
In the first phase, these toilets will be installed at 200 places. Later, they may be extended to 1,000 places.
