Participants enjoy Rain Raahgiri
Hyderabad, Aug 16 (INN): The Raahgiri on Sunday was unique in the sense undeterred by the rain, many enjoyed their regular and routine activities at Raahgiri. Probably, it is a Rain Raahgiri today.
They walked, ran, danced, cycled everything as usual. What is unique on this Sunday is the rain.
"I have a unique experience today as it was initially drizzling and now it is pouring. But, still I am here drenching. The weather is superb. I can't imagine staying back at home in this weather. That is why i have come here," said Nirupama, who works for an IT company.
Today's whether takes me back to my childhood. I used to enjoy the rain thoroughly, much against the scolding of my parents. Today i have become a child and enjoying and reliving those past moments, said Chiranjeevi, a Chartered Accountant.

Near 1000 visitors visited Raahgiri even the rain and spent good time enjoying showers and cool breeze., It is a welcome shower for me to Raahgir said Swapna. I heard a lot about Raahgiri and i wanted to personally experience it. That is why I have come here from Malkajigiri today. I consider rain as welcome shower for me, she said.
Friends of Buddies Corner had a lovely time playing street games in the rain.
