Water Board offers services through App
Hyderabad, Sept 10 (INN): In continuation of its efforts for better customer service, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has decided to provide some services through mobile app initially on Android platform.
The proposed services are Tanker Booking; registration of complaints related to water supply and sewerage problems; Bill alerts, payment due alerts and payment of water bills through mobile app.
To avail this facility, all HMWSSB customers have been requested to download HMWSSB Mobile App from Google Play store by searching with HMWSSB name and select Consumer APP. To access HMWSSB services through mobile app Consumers has to register using their Consumer Account Number (CAN) and mobile number registered with HMWSSB. On registration a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to consumer's registered mobile number for authentication, after successful login consumers can avail the above services.
The above services can be availed by the consumers who have registered their mobile numbers with HMWSSB only.
