6th Edition of TREDA Property Show launched

Hyderabad, Oct 2 (INN): The Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) today launched the three days 'TREDA Property Show 2015' in Hyderabad.

The Property Show was inaugurated Transport Minister Dr. Patnam Mahender Reddy, Industries Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and Narsapur MLA C Madan Reddy.

The TREDA Property Show is open to a mix of the populace, including prospective property buyers, corporate houses, investors, architects, consultants, developers, government organisations among others. Over 180 stalls have been put-up at the TREDA Property Show, comprising of all leading Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Finance Companies, Material Manufacturers and Banks, showcasing their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers. Last year, the TREDA Property Show had witnessed footfall of over 60,000 visitors and this year the visitors are expected to cross 70,000.

Apart from leading builders and suppliers, the Home Automation Segment has been one of the key highlights of the event. The Banking and Finance industry, participants include - LIC HFL, SBI, DHFL, HDFC Ltd, ICICI, SBH, Andhra Bank, Central Bank of India, Punjab Housing Finance, India Bulls Housing Finance, L & T Housing Finance, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank, Syndicate Bank and GIC Housing Finance Ltd.

Commenting on the occasion, TREDA President P Dasharath Reddy said, 'We are delighted to organise the 6th edition of TREDA Property Show. There has always been an overwhelming response from the real estate fraternity and prospective buyers and we are expecting a similar response this year as well.'

'With Government taking up proactive initiatives in attracting multi-national companies to invest and set-up their operations in the region, there has been a momentum seen in the real estate industry in commercial as well as residential space and we are hoping to see a positive growth to continue in future' he further added.

Now, visitors can view Property Show details, property listings, deals offered by various members on the TREDA App which can be downloaded from Play store with free wifi zone at the Property Show. There are exciting prizes like Mobile Phones and Silver Coins for the visitors who register through the app and users can virtually explore the floor plans, sponsors, videos, participants list, directions to the event and many other details.
