Ruchika Sharma wins Guinness Record Hyderabad, Oct 11 (INN): To create Facial Yoga awareness for a holistic approach to good health and well being, International Facial Yoga Expert and Being Women Founder Ruchika Sharma, for a record attempt Being Women Guinness World Records under the category organised 'Largest Facial Yoga Class" at People's Plaza on Necklace Road here on Sunday.
This initiative aims to break the recent record of 295 participants and was organized by Smooth E Company Ltd. in Thailand & Siam Paragon in Bangkok. To break the Thailand World Record and create a new history Ruchika Sharma Taken a Largest Facial yoga class with 1,764 participants.
Adjudicator from the Guinness World Records, London. Sofia Eleonora Greenacre for the record attempt. After Verifying Sofia, Announced that Record Attempt is 1,661 Participants and completion of facial yoga in 48 minutes. She presented Guinness world record Certificate to Ruchika Sharma at the event.
A total of 3 thousand participants from women organizations in Hyderabad like various Entrepreneur Clubs, Women from Social Clubs , Women from various institutes like Shadan Medical Colleges, Malla Reddy Medical Institutes/ IIHM-International Institute of Hotel Management/ IHM-Institute of Hotel Management/ Sarada College of Hotel Management/ Corporates.
'Yoga is the most favourable method for everyone as it helps in balancing the mind & body. The Idea behind Facial Yoga is the same as for exercising the rest of your body, the facial muscles will naturally begin to lose elasticity and flexibility with age due to lack of use which leads to a droopy appearance' said Ruchika Sharma.
