Kona Venkat Opens About Bruce Lee Controversy Star Writer Of tollywood Kona Venkat clarified about ongoing rumours on Bruce Lee. 'Bruce Lee' is highly publicised as the comeback movie of Kona-venkat combination but it has bitten dust at the box-office.
The other day a popular media house reported that Kona Venkat is going to file a Rs.10 Crore defamation case on the director. As per the report Kona Venkat is said to be in consultation with a High Court advocate to file a defamation case against Srinu Vaitla for changing his script without his consent.
The report further stated that Kona' is filing the case as the makers have given his name in the credits but haven't used his story. He may file a defamation case for Rs 10 crore and demand a public apology from Srinu.' Other side sources from' inside told that Bruce Lee distributors are upping their ante. Having lost many crores on the movie they are now demanding money-back from the movie makers at any cost.
Finally Kona responded on all the on-going rumours about the film's run.Kona Venkat didn't mention about filing defamation suit but simply stated that 'Don't believe in rumors and gossips'.
'Pl don't believe any rumours or gossips regarding our movie "Bruclee".It's still running with good collections. Still getting good response (sic),' Kona tweeted a while ago.
