Watch: Highest paid TV actor Say He was HIV positive
Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen finally admitted that he is HIV positive. From few days there have been several reports about his health condition. Rumours about the health status of an unnamed Hollywood star began circulating widely last week.
Announcing his health news publicly has been a relief, Sheen said. "I think I released myself from this prison'today." Sheen told this to interviewer Matt Lauer during a much-touted exclusive'Today'show
"I'm here to admit that I am in fact HIV positive. And, I have to put a stop to this onslaught, this barrage of attacks, of sub-truths, and very harmful stories that are about threatening the health of so many others, which couldn't be farther from the truth." Sheen said
Sheen said he was diagnosed with HIV about four years ago. Asked if he could have transmitted the disease to a partner, Sheen answered it was Impossible. Once the highest paid TV actor, Sheen was fired from Two and a Half men in 2011 following an epic meltdown where he called the show's producer a contaminated little maggot.
