Kajal & Lakshmi Manchu mobbed by crowd
'Mana Madras Kosam fund' raising by Telugu film stars Gone Wrong Yesterday in Forum Mall kukatpalli. Heroines Kajal Agarwal, Manchu lakshmi, actress tejaswi, madhu salini and other co-actors went to sujana mall (forum) in Kukatpalli and the heroines faced the heat of enthusiastic crowd.
The crowd went into a frenzy over taking selfies and autographs from their favourite stars, which resulted in a stampede-like situation on the occasion. The crowd lost their mind and started to touch them inappropriately. Rana and Allari Naresh, despite being stars themselves, turned into bodyguards for actress and rescued them. Media Men too had helped to control the huge crowd and fans, putting aside the coverage
Though the bouncers tried their best to control the mob, their efforts went in vain. This ruckus posed serious threat to the security of the celebs, who were forced to end the fundraiser event abruptly, citing safety reasons. The actors managed to promote the campaign successfully and left the place in a hurry.
Lakshmi Manchu wrote, "Went to Forum..we couldn't control the crowd and our safety was at risk. With very very sad heart had to cancel Manjeera and Inorbit. So much work and effort went into putting today together. Pls don't disappoint.. Donate. We will make sure what you have dropped off at the malls is collected immediately. Thankq to the people who were generous."
It is known that Rana Daggubati, who is moved by the devastation caused in Chennai due to floods, has initiated a campaign called Mana Madras Kosam and it was supported by many young heroes.
