Desi Actress Bags Prestigious Award in USA
Bollywood actress and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra who of late busy with TV series in USA now achieved another honour. The desi actress made India proud yet again by winning a People's Choice Award for her international debut as FBI agent in American TV thriller series "Quantico".
Priynaka Chopra beat likes of Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele and Marcia Gay Harden to win the award.The 33-year-old star was given the trophy by Hollywood action star Vin Diesel.
Priyanka is said to be the first South Asian actress to win the honour. After winning the award, Priyanka Chopra tweeted, ' I am so fortunate! Thank U to everyone who voted for me at the #PCAs! My #PCManiacs-I am nothing without you! Big love'
