NTR reveals Oopiri secret
'Oopiri', a remake of the French drama 'The Intouchables', was supposed to be made with King Nagarjuna and NTR as the leads under direction of Vamsi Paidipally. The director had narrated the role to NTR and the actor was reported to have given the green signal. But the actor was backed from the project in last minute.
Tamil actor Karthi, brother of Superstar Suriya, has replaced Junior NTR in Akkineni Nagarjuna's mutli-starrer film, which is produced by PVP Cinemas. However, the reason for NTR's exit has not been made official.
During the latest interview NTR has revealed the reason behind this. NTR speaking about missing the chance to star in the film had to come out of the project due to date clashes. He also said that he loved the story and was interested to act in the movie. NTR said he opted out of the project as if Nagarjuna waits for him, his dates will be wasted.
He said he shares good relation with Nagarjuna and added he will do multi starrer with Nagarjuna in future. If the combination did work out, it would have been a sensational combination.
