Janata Garage Sets New Record
Overseas collections are a major contributor to the box office collections and star heroes are known to chase the 'overseas million mark'. 'Baahubali' tops the chart and it was followed by Mahesh Babu's 'Srimanthudu'. Earlier Pawan Kalyan's 'Atharintiki Daaredi' held the number 3 position and recently it was overtaken by Junior NTR's 'Naanaku Prematho'.
'Atharintiki Daaredi', directed by Trivikram, had an overseas collection of 11.34 crore. This record was beaten by NTR's 'Naanaku Prematho' in just 10 days. The movie released on this Sankranthi has grossed over 11.51 crore till date.
Now NTR turned as hot property for overseas distributors and the business for his upcoming film Janata Garage was closed already. Usually NTR films are bought for under 5 crore in overseas but his next film Janata Garage has set a new record as it fetched 7 crore from this area. So NTR's 26 th film should do as well as Nannaku Prematho to be a safe venture
