Why Rajinikanth Detained At Airport?
Super Star Rajinikanth has faced an awkward moment today after he was detained at the Chennai Airport. According to reports Rajini was supposed to board a flight to Malaysia to participate in a shoot for his upcoming film, 'Kabali'.
Before entering to airport Rajani interacted with media much to their delight. But the actor was stopped by officials at airport and he realised that he forgot his passport. Slated to leave for Kuala Lumpur, the actor arrived at the airport at 10.15 am for the scheduled departure of 11.45 am. Only at the immigration counter did Rajinikanth realize he had left his passport at home.
Immigration officials suggested that the passport could be produced later and the star could meanwhile complete other formalities. However, the actor's aide fetched the passport on time and he boarded into flight without hassle.
The star was travelling to Malaysia for the final phase shooting of Pa Ranjith's Kabali, which is underway at Malaysia. The actor is also simultaneously shooting for Shankar's upcoming film Enthiran 2.0
